Women's High-End Shoe Store Comes to Harlem

Joining the array of elegant specialty boutiques in Harlem comes its first upscale shoe store, Bourgeoisie Shoes, the “A-List Women’s Shoe Source”, catering to women with exquisite taste in unique high-end shoes.

Bourgeoisie Shoes is owned by 24-year-old entrepreneur, Rashidah Ali, a savvy business woman who is an aficionado of shoes.  “I believe fine shoes are essential to a woman’s wardrobe. So, I decided to open my own shoe store and carry some of the most uniquely designed shoes by both established and up-and-coming designers”, says Rashidah.  However, unlike many shoe-store owners, Rashidah travels to Europe personally to select the shoe designers and styles that she deems as unique and suitable for her clientele that provide a comfortable, great fit without compromising its appeal.

The store’s ambiance compliments the quality of its products with its chic and contemporary décor of fine leather furniture and distinctive porcelain tile, also imported from Europe.  Rashidah prides herself on her attention to detail, even down to the custom-made Swarovski crystal flat screen monitors that she has placed within the store, which aids in completing its posh appearance.  Her commitment to customer service is also unwavering as well as her clients are always greeted with a warm smile and are frequently served cocktails, fresh fruit and/or hors’dourves as they shop.

Top female celebrities from all of the country have already caught wind of this hidden gem and they, along with non-celebrity women, are taking advantage of Bourgeoisie Shoes’ online shopping experience.

Some of the brands carried by Bourgeoisie Shoes are: Casadei, Gianmarco Lorenzi, Barbara Bui, Claudio Merazzi, Sergio Rossi, Stuart Weitzman, Bracher Emden (Handbags) and UES sneakers that are designed with 18K gold plated laces.

Bourgeoisie Shoes is located at 2366 Seventh Avenue, between 138th and 139th Streets in New York City, with operating hours of 11am to 7pm Monday through Saturday.
